Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival Fine Dining and More

by | Jan 5, 2016 | Go + Do, The Buzz

Do you drool at the thought of a delicately seared Foie gras at a gourmet French restaurant? For most of us, fine dining may consist of a trip to the neighborhood Italian restaurant. For many of us, we simply don’t have an opportunity to experience world-class dining.

Whether you’re into good food, great wine or simply want to learn from the best, the Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival caters to foodies of varying pallets and ages.

Delectable food and celebrity chefs take over the Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach. Chef and television personality Robert Irvine will host several events at the festival.

Some of the world’s most famous chefs attending the event this year include Marc Murphy, Hugh Acheson, Johnny Tuzzini, Christina Tosi, Jeff Mauro, Anita Lo and many others.

The Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival gives food lovers an opportunity to experience four-course meals from some of the world’s most talented culinarians.

As is typical for this type of event, attendees can expect both presentation and explanation of the incredibly prepared dishes.

This event is not just for adults. For those aspiring little sous chefs, consider attending Kid’s Kitchen, hosted by Robert Irvine and Jonathon Sawyer. All young chefs attending will get a hands-on experience in the kitchen learning to prepare healthy and tasty recipes.

The event wraps up Sunday evening with the 9th annual Grand Tasting taking place at the Gardens Mall. Those attending will have the opportunity to taste dishes from 60 South Florida restaurants serving their most celebrated dishes. Wine connoisseurs will be delighted to know they will be pouring more than 30 wines from different wineries around the globe.
